Counselling for
Adolescents & Young Adults

For individuals aged 16 - 22

Being young comes with its challenges - physical changes, emotional ups and downs, and psychological shifts. On top of that, you have the pressures of school, college, or venturing into the workforce, the complexities of social interactions, and the dynamics within your families. It's a lot to handle! Sometimes, it all feels too overwhelming, and seeking support can be tough.

That's where a counsellor can help. We're here to provide a safe space where you can express yourself freely, without any filters. Our goal is to help you gain self-awareness and understanding. We'll explore your emotions, develop strategies, and equip you with skills to overcome your challenges. Our training in evidence-based approaches allows us to assist with a wide range of issues.

Remember, seeking support is a brave step towards finding the clarity and empowerment you deserve.

Hang in there! You're not alone. I'm here to support you through it all.

If you’re unsure if therapy is for you or you're curious about working together,  I offer a FREE 15 minute phone consultation to see if we’re the right match.

Simply click on any of the ‘Book an appointment’ buttons and select the free consultation option.
